While in the Army, the abundance of Specialist E-4's was a force to reckon to be with. From ditching duty, scamming out of details, and having profiles for everything under the sun, there was nothing the Specialist could not get away with. Follow the adventures of a group of E-4's as they get away with different things, placing the blame on Privates, and just being an overall shit bag. Avoiding the Team Leader or the Corporal that looks for them trying to catch them in their lies.
Army E-4 Mafia
Ahh yes the Spec 4 mafia, I was a proud member for just over 2 & 1/2 years. There was nothing we couldn't get away with or get over on. Life was simple when you could simply grab a clipboard and some random sheets of paper. Stamp the top page with a "Top Secret" stamp and simply stroll your day away from location to location all day long. As long as you moved like you had a purpose no one ever stopped you. Work in a two hour lunch and get a haircut during the afternoon and the next thing you know the day was over........
Ah, yes, the, "Im already on detail." as you beat feet out of there with a stack of papers, on the way to sick call, or simply disappearing and you were in an area where you didn't have any service, was always great ones. Until that former E-4 now E-5 knows all the hiding spots and he was either the cool SGT or the douchbag one. Either way, you had to be on the run from that pesky Cororpal. He was not really an NCO nor was he a Specialist. He was caught in between

E4 Mafia is a way of life, total shitbags failing PT tests and knowing the regs just enough to skate out of trouble.

Do you REALIZE how many successful classic TV shows use the E4 Mafia formula? This could be a GREAT show and you'd have TONS of material to work with. All you have to do is just ask for E4 Mafia stories on social media.
