Idk if someone else suggested this idea, but it would be cool to see a series where you follow a vet who has just started his or her undergrad program. You could cover the vet dealing with the younger students, especially when they ask stupid questions or complain, have the vet deal with figuring out the VA and other benefits because the military didn't prepare them, have them deal with trying to get those "lost" brain cells back, and cover the funny interactions with other vets, specifically how some vets are extremely weird.

Always thought it was the college kids that were weird. And the professors who got paid to lie about the big bad world outside. You know, the one the vets have been to and seen first hand. The first step along the path to tyranny is being forced to accept and propagate things you know not to be true. It was always a bit sad, how badly the proffs wanted to hear us say certain things or validate certain prejudices they had. Even the people who've just been out of the house and had a job and their own place before college have a rough time with it.
